Robb Vices Friendsgiving : Wine, Whisky, & Wagyu

Despite downed trees in Manhattan and a freak, early-winter snowstorm, the house was packed at Pig Bleecker for our inaugural Friendsgiving Party.

We wanted to share a recap of the evening with you, which featured cuts of beef by New York Prime Beef, wines supplied by Lede Family Wines (including an incredible Poetry Cabernet Sauvignon from 2015) and an array of elite whisky labels: a Speyburn 10, Old Pulteney 12 year, Old Pulteney Navigator, and Balblair 90.

Plus, we threw in a few Caorunn Gin moments. It’s not truly a party without a bottle of gin, right?

The menu, graciously prepared for Robb Vices by Chef Matt Abdoo of Pig Bleecker, was built to pair with each whiskey. The service was flawless. The dishes even more so.
